TonerSaver3 uses a stand-alone function, so in almost every case it can be installed without affecting any of your existing systems.

TonerSaver for high speed and high quality

TonerSaver functions as an intermediary between the application and the printer driver. It receives print data from the application, reduces toner needs, converts color gradations into toner-saving data in real time, then transmits that data to the printer driver. It handles only text, graphics and illustration data -- other information, including layout details, is not altered.

Print density adjusted

TonerSaver maintains high print quality, but saves toner by adjusting the print density values of the three primary colors, cyan (C), magenta (M), and yellow (Y).

Administrator function
Managers can administer license issues and set toner reduction rates for each client computer.

Print log data collection
Log data can be collected from each client computer, then output as a CSV file showing print job details and toner reduction status. Statistical management is possible using an application such as Excel or Access.
